Welcome to Oceanarium, suppliers of marine aquarium specimens throughout Australia. Our mission statement is to supply you with quality specimens  you can confidently order over the internet knowing they will arrive in a healthy condition. 

All our specimens are not released for sale unless we are happy they are in as near perfect condition as possible. All corals show no dead or barren patches and exhibit full polyp extensions. All fish must meet our "fat and friendly policy" meaning they are feeding before they leave us here at Oceanarium. They also show full body condition and no obvious signs of disease before we release them for sale.... No skinny emaciated fish here! 

Oceanarium is based in Perth, Western Australia. Proprietors' Peter and Leanne Fullarton are licensed under Fisheries WA legislation to collect marine fishes, invertebrates, corals, sea grasses and algae's. We collect our specimens from the northwest of Australia. Specimens are collected taking care to preserve the integrity of our precious marine ecosystems. Specimens are hand collected. No chemicals, explosives or other destructive methods are used during collection. We also do source specimens from eastern and northern Australia. Specimens we can't acquire from within Australia we purchase from reputable importers who can meet our quality requirements. All sourced fish undergo a minimum two week full strength sea water quarantine and health inspection. They must pass our fat and friendly standard before being released for sale. We prefer to source cultured alternatives whenever possible and offer as many to you as we can at our best price.
