How to order

HOME LIVE STOCK LIVE ROCK HELPFUL TIPS WHEN ORDERING FROM OCEANARIUM

Orders are to be placed the week you require delivery only. From our current stock holding lists only. (This includes group buy's). We do not take advanced orders or hold stock for extended periods. You may modify your order during the weeks collections adding new specimens as they arrive however we don't have capacity to hold multiple prolonged orders.

Once you place your order what happens next ?

Freight costs.

Delivery and packaging charges, live stock:

  Minimum order value $80
Perth Metro. To your door. (Metro within 30kms of CBD) $26
Major Qantas ports*. Airport collect Australian Air Express. $29

*A per kg freight surcharge may apply to ports other than listed below;
Perth, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane and Canberra.

Shipping Days.

Perth : Delivery days are Friday and Saturday.

Eastern states : Deliveries will be for morning airport collect Australian Air Express Friday and Saturday.

Other days can be arranged by prior agreement.

Order closing time:
In order to book on freight and organize couriers, the cut off for all deliveries is 0600 hours AEST on Thursday morning prior to the weekend. Once we check our emails Thursday morning we are busy on daily chores, organizing orders and packing. We generally don't get the chance to see our email again till Friday so if your order is not finalized it may have to wait till the following week.

Shipping livestock:
Once we receive your order we will contact you regarding live stock shipments to ensure safe and healthy arrival. We guarantee that all our live stock arrives in good health.

We do not sell your contact details to marketing firms!

Payment.

All payments to be made on or before delivery by cash, cheque, credit card or Direct credit via internet banking, or over the counter at any Westpac branch.

Direct credit via internet banking is the easiest and quickest option. You have the security of your own banks' web site and the transaction is immediate. Make deposits payable to "Oceanarium"  See your invoice / quote for bank account details. Please include your name in "details".
